Super STRESSED!!!!  I have an order for 200 pretzel stix and 200 cupcakes for next saturday.....7am pick up!  And I was just informed that the hydro company will be shutting off the power in my area from 9am-(if all goes well) 2pm for maintenance!  OMG!!!!!!  

If you're afraid of power outages, don't come to the USA.  We just went through a three day, two night one.  Talk about stress!!!  Had a wedding cake due.

Actually, We had power outages due to Sandy as well...we were not hit nearly as bad as the US, but I did stock up and prepare as everyone was anticipating it being WAY worse than it was.  It blew past us and then grew as it went!  Lucked out.  Kudos to you for pulling off a wedding cake.......all I had to do is ice a cake by candlelight!  Power came back on few hours later

If the order is due at 7am and the power will be out starting at 9am I don't see what the problem is?  Regardless of time, just make sure the order is prepped before it goes out.  Cupcakes and pretzel rods will last long enough.

Sorry about that, the power will be out on the friday....the day to prepare it all........thinking I'll wait it out and get to work as soon as the power goes on....hopefully it all goes well and will not run over the 2pm mark.
