You could try Pumpkin pie cupcakes with a cream cheese, or whipped cream, frosting?

There are millions of recipes available on internet for a variety of cupcakes. Making a delicious cupcake is not an issue. And as far as the decoration is concerned, you may use edible glitters and sprinklers on the cupcakes; using cherries,  fruit pieces, chocolate chips and berries on as cupcake toppings are also a way to go. They not only look great but add flavor  to the cupcakes. For instance, chocolate chips on vanilla icing cupcakes taste delicious. Using  designer cupcake stands, wraps and boxes is also essential to cupcake display.

Here's what I made this weekend! They're cinnamon swirl with a cinnamon buttercream.
