I am having problems wording what i need to say. I wanted to send out some emails trying to find out who is in charge of booking their events and holiday client orders to be able to drop off sample packages those interested. But I am just not sure how to address the email and how to say this. If anyone has done this or knows how to, that would be great! I am also going to make brochers and mail them to smaller businesses. I am trying to get this done by next week.

Don't email. It will be deleted. Seriously.

Call each place. You will be greeted by the "gate keeper." Be very sweet & tell her that you would like to bring by some samples for the office. Ask her/him if they can please tell you who is in charge of purchasing those types of items. Chat them up a bit first, ask what the office favorites are & the best time to bring samples.

Not only will you get information, you will also get an "in."

I agree with Delicious - - and brochures with pictures along with the samples would be great. Ask the "gate keeper" (I love that!) to put your brochure on the bulletin board - - most businesses have one (we have 4). I would also take brochures to the larger businesses and again, ask them to put them on the bulletin board. I wouldn't bother with samples for the larger places, but everybody needs something unique for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
