Please Reassure Me I Haven't Messed Up.

My daughter's party is on Sunday. I'd been planning to make and decorate a cake for ages and got a head start on it this week, but I think I've made it too early and it will be horribly stale by Sunday.
I baked the cakes on Tuesday night, cooled and froze them before I went to bed.
Took them out the freezer on Wednesday to crumb coat them and then put them back in the freezer.
Defrosted and covered the cake in fondant icing on Thursday.
I was feeling very pleased with myself, but am now worried that it will be stale by Sunday afternoon.
Can anyone reassure me that it will be OK?
I would not have thought it would be stale, it has spent a lot of time in the freezer, when i bake from scratch, freezer, fill and cover with fondant a cake in my house would last at least a week without drying out, so i think you will be ok.
I think it will be just like freshly baked. The fondant and crumb coating help to lock in the moisture. Rest assured everyone will be pleased...including yourself
Once the cake was crumb coated/dirty iced it would remain fresh for 3 to 5 days at room temp.
It should be just fine now since it has been covered w/fondant.
Normally, I bake on Monday. Tuesday, I crumb coat. Wednesday, I final coat & start to decorate. Thursday, I decorate. Friday is for final touches.
My cakes see a lot of the fridge, but I don't freeze. I get rave reviews for my moist delicious cakes which are usually served Friday-Sunday.
Thank you everyone. This is the first time I have used fondant and I'm really pleased with it even though it's far from perfect.
