Can someone please tell me where I can purchase a cheap dummy head for a spiderman bust cake. I have contacted dummies direct and they sell it for £23 which is too much.

This is a general answer.
Look online for a local wig shop or hairdressing supply outlet. They sell styrofoam heads for display for a lot less than you were quoted.
