Hi there icon_smile.gif

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with using sugar sheets? I have a custom made sugar sheet that I would like to apply to buttercream. I like to have my buttercream crust over and then I use the foam roller method to smooth it out. The instructions that came with the sugar sheet says to apply it before the buttercream crusts over but I've seen lots of pictures where sugar sheets were used on buttercream and the buttercream icing is perfectly smooth which leads me to believe the baker allowed it to crust over first and then smoothed.

Any suggestions or tips would be very helpful and appreciated icon_smile.gif

Thanks so much in advance,

Jennifer

I usually apply images or sugar sheets on crusted BC. Just LIGHTLY moistened the area where sheet will be applied with a little water.

Thank you LeeBD for your quick response icon_smile.gif Do you think a fine mist with a spray bottle would work?
