This lady In Alabama (dont know her) makes the best strawberry cake I ever tasted in my life. I have tried numerous times to get my icing on the level with hers. When I say it is the best, it is the BEST!!!!!! iIt is rich and EXTRA creamy!! If anyone can tell me how to spruce up my recipe please do!!!

Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing (my recipe)

1 stick of butter
1 block of cream cheese
1 bag of powdered sugar (2lb.)
1 TBSP of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of strawberry puree
splash of lemon juice


HELPPPPPP!!!! lol!!!

There is a recipe for strawberry filling on here that includes strawberry jello as one of the ingredients. I never tried it though.
