I purchase a couple of cake decorating classes and one of them wasn't what I expected. I told them and within a few hours I got a response and they immeditelly switched it for another class of my choice. I love Craftsy!!

And I just noticed that there're 2 of Colette Peters classes up now yayyy!! thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif

May I ask what class wasn't quite what you expected?

It was the Handcrafted Sugar Flowers, and because of the class name I was expecting it to be more about a variety of flowers including rose. The class is basically about making hydrangeas and how to arrange them. Although, it is a good class.

I also bought that class thinking it was more than just hydrangea's but truth be told I was very happy with the class so didn't say anything. I found her directions to be very clear and precise and as I had no experience with said flower before hand I was delighted to learn how to make it. That being said, I'd love to find a class on other flowers and flower arrangements.

Yes, I did tell them that I'd like to see a class that would include a variety of flowers and flower arrangements. And I agree, the class is good and she is very clear, but I already know how to make hydrangeas and felt there was nothing new for me in that class.

Btw, I also purchased Advanced Fondant Techniques with Marina Sousa and I'm loving it!! icon_smile.gif

I subscribe to several of their classes. A while back I saw them on facebook advertising a 50% off sale and was trying to sign up for three of them when I got one at half price and the second came across at full price. I contacted them telling them what happened and what three classes I was trying to sign up for. They corrected it right away by adding the third class to my profile. Great customer service, fast replies.
