I thought I had the chocolate colored watermelon. Transfer is on, wedding set up in 2 hours. Can I put another chocolate transfer over it? Thought I had the color spot on and then it dried.

About to throw up over this cake!

Don't know but I would just let it go. Had the same problem last night. Watermelon colored roses came out perfect, until I steamed them to perk up the color and they turned red. The groom saw the cake and pronounced it perfect, of course he was busy and so nervous about his upcoming nuptials that he would have pronounced a bowl of fruit perfect too. I have a feeling only you will notice the color change and why not do what all cake decorators do when stumped like that - "blame it on the lighting". icon_smile.gif
