The wedding is finally almost here, coming this weekend. I am doing a 5 tier square wedding cake for my brother it will be a 8", 10", 12", 14" 16" wedding cake. I am a bit worried about if I should travel 20 miles in Dallas TX heat with the cake stacked. I am using SPS cake system but I am still not sure If I should travel with it completely stacked or stack it at the venue.

Pleases help, I have curved my nerves so far with the cake but this is my last obstacle.

Thanks!

HI, you are using a great system. I would not stack all tiers. So heavy. Stack first 3 tiers. Save rest for venue. hth
