Somewhere around 1997, I ordered a really sturdy acrylic cake stand that had a solid acrylic center post and had holes drilled in that post where an acrylic screw was placed to hold each of the acrylic tiers. After several moves, I have lost some of the parts and I can't remember the name of the company I ordered the stand from. I would like to order some replacement parts. I have not been able to find anything else like it on the internet. Does anyone know of the company and if they still exist?

I don't know where you are, but these guys are in the UK and have stands similar to what you describe. I have ordered from them and their stands are really quite sturdy.
