I am making a Dr. Seuss Cake, Suessville to be exact, going to make the little houses out of rice krispy treats covered with fondant, but how can I make them ahead of time if I can't freeze the fondant. Do you think the rice krispy treats will be ok without refrigeration? Really appreciate your help.

RKT don't have to be refrigerated. I made a Hulk cake (in my photos) with the fist made of RKT and made it week before the cake so that it could dry out a bit and I could carve it and cover it with fondant. I think you'll be fine.
