Well im gonna completely guess here i would guess bottom tier is either a 12 inch cake or maybe a 14 inch but it looks like a 12 inch double layer cake on the bottom than a 10 inch double layer cake than a 8 inch trible cake and finally a 6 inch double cake on top. Now im jusr completey guessing by looking at it. If yiu for sure find out i would like to know what the sizes are.

Hi! I just did a version of this cake this past weekend...it is in my gallery.

I used the following all torted and filled:

12" x6" (I used 3 12" rounds)
10"x4"
8"x6" (again 3 8" rounds)
6x4"

HTH! I also made about 75 petals in 3 vary sizes in addition to the center wired flower.

Good luck!

Thanks exactly what I was thinking but I wanted to see what other thought! Any tips/suggestions you have for making this cake?

I'm actually going to be using dummy tiers for the top three so i'm not sure what I'm going to use to attach the petals. I'm hoping to have the top three done the week before the wedding so all I'll have to do is the bottom tier which I think I'll be able to stick some of the petals under the others once it's fully stacked.

BTW @julz417 you're cake it beautiful! you did an awesome job!
