I'm doing a last minute cake for a family get together today. I don't have any sour cream but would Greek yogurt be a good substitute? Many thanks for your help!

Yogurt has a much more tart flavor and Greek yogurt is much thicker than regular. Some people have used yogurt instead of sour cream.......it's possible. I haven't done it myself so I can't give you a definate answer. I *think* it will work out ok but the cake might not be as sweet as usual.
