I already froze decorated cap pops two weeks ago and am not using them for another 3 weeks. How do I get them from not cracking or sweating when I need to take them out? I would hate to have to throw them away!!!!

The trick is not to shock them temperature wise (which causes cracking PLUS you have to deal with the condensation issue. I would wrap each individually while still frozen (work fast) to deal with the condensation from thawing. Then,a couple of days before you need them, you want to thaw them as slowly as possible - put your refrigerator on the coldest setting you can and remove from freezer to fridge. Slowly adjust your fridge temp to normal (over the course of 24 hours or so). Once the pops are at refrigerator temp, after this process, then you can unwrap.

I find the pops crack when the temp is changed too quickly - HTH Laurie
