I was recently given a jumbo cupcake pan and I'd like to make a few of the jumbo cupcakes tonight with the some extra batter from a cake I'm making but I'm not sure what to line them with. The pan makes 6 cupcakes and the dimensions are about 2.75 inches diameter on the bottom, 4 inches diameter on the top, and just under 2 inches height on the sides for each cupcake. I have some Reynolds brand foil cupcake liners, or baking cups as the package says, but they're too small for the pan (they're only 2 inches diameter on the bottom, 3.5 inches diameter on the top, and 1.5 inches on the sides). I'm not sure whether I should just grease and flour the pan or line it with something. I was thinking maybe line the cups with foil and then grease and flour the foil??? Not sure if it would stick and be a pain in the butt to get off when eating or not. I'm just making a few cupcakes for a few friends for our nursing school graduation tomorrow so it's not a big deal if whatever I do doesn't work too well but I figured I'd see if anyone on here had any suggestions.

Thanks in advance!!

ETA: The brand of the pan is Rowoco if that helps at all.

Not that i have used the pan you speak of -
But i would grease and flour the pan - That works fine for say an 8 inch cake - so can't see why it wouldn't work for the size pans you are using.
