I typically dont unless 1) I am delivering pretty far and/or it is hot outside and 2) I fridge all my wedding cakes that way they are nice and chilled. I only fridge for about 1-2 hours. Other than that I dont. I heard that others fridge all their fondant cakes....so I am sure you are going to get tons of different responses. Just remember, that what works for one might not work for others. Good luck and I would suggest to just experiment to see what works for you icon_smile.gif

I never fridge my fondant cakes , it is high humidity where I live and they just don't dry.
