I have a cake due tomorrow...covered in fondant with gerber daisies made of modeling chocolate. This is my first time using MC and understand the importance of keeping it well wrapped. So I'm wondering if I did the cake today, what's the best way to store it once the chocolate daisies are on? I don't usually like to refrigerate my fondant cakes so would prefer to leave it out covered in plastic wrap if that's ok, but I'm curious if the daisies will get too hard and dried out that way. Or should I just wait and add them to the cake in the morning? Thanks!
