I can't say for sure, but I've made it few times, and each time I used it to cover a 9-inch round, and it still had a lot more leftover, from the look of it I would assume it could have covered another 9-inch.
But then I live in a hot and humid climate so I used more PS than it was called for hence I probably got more fondant (volume) as a result.
