Okay I am making a donation cake for a motorcycle ride to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and I am having a hard time trying to come up with an idea for the cake. I am thinking a three tier, but I don't know how I should design it. I am stumped. Any ideas?

I did a one-tier Harley that was 2-D (it is in my gallery - have a look). You could do something like that with a sheet cake underneath. I don't know how many you're hoping to feed with the cake. If you want to keep it simple, then do the tiered cake with tire-like tiers and a small motorcycle on top. If there is a charity auction as part of the fundraiser, you might consider donating a gift certificate for a cake rather than making a cake for the event. They'll probably raise more money from that than from a cake that's already made up. Good luck - it's nice you're helping a good cause!
