Angel Food Cake For Top Tier Of Wedding Cake???

I am doing a wedding cake and the client wants Angel Food for their top tier. They said they do not want to save it for freezing, and are not having a cake topper. Anyone ever use angel food in a wedding cake?? Have suggestions?

You can bake angel food cake into layer pans. If it's just the top tier, it works OK.
