Hey Everyone!! A Customer asked me to do a Boot Cake. I'm hoping to get some pointers on doing this cake or if anyone has or knows of any great tutorials on making the cake. I appropriate ALL suggestions!

So my customer just gave a a challenge. She wants me to do everything Free hand but paint the color on. I was thinking of doing fondant over the cake & doing like a Lust Dust paint for the color & do the Black in icing!! Opinions would be awesome!!
