Help please!! I brand new in the cake business and Im having a meltdown!! Im making a round box cake and cover the cake with fondant. But the cake is fairly tall and the fondant keep sagging on the sides. I was just think in maybe use the paneling technique to cover the sides of the cake and the top. i never used this technique before, should I wait for the fondant to dry a litle bit? Remeber that its a round cake. Please, help me. The cake is for a few hours from now.
