How Do I Make A Rippled Chocolate Collar?

Hi, how do I make a chocolate collar for a cake that's supposed to resemble a Reese's cup? I just can't figure out how to get the ripple effect.
Thanks!
It's not too difficult to carve. I think I saw a cake show where that's what she ended up doing for a cup cake cake
You can use the silicon giant cupcake mold. Paint the chocolate up the sides and put in the fridge to harden. Then you should be able to peel the mold off pretty easily. You will probably have to do a couple of coats of the chocolate to get it thick enough. Just paint and cool. HTH!
