icon_smile.gif hello, i'm making 8 in cakes for my daughters teachers and former teachers a total of 16...my fridge and freezer are full and i want to deliver them on friday when they are having their teachers apprecciation luncheon....so my question is if i can i keep some unfrosted cakes wrapped in wax paper at room temperature for about three days without anything bad happening to them
Thanks so much in advance for your help

Rather than keeping uniced cakes out, you should get them iced asap... the cakes can't dry out when iced, and they will be more moist as the icing has a chance to meld with the cake.
