Hi Cat I love that you do this it is so much fun.
Tonight I am working on a friends babyshower cake. It is pink with ruffles but they are upside down well kind of. With a blue bow. It is two tiers, she brought me a pic and asked me to recreate it.
I would attach a pic. but I guees I am not smart enough to do it. Anyways have a good visit hope to talk to you next Fri.

It is Saturday afternoon , here in Australia. My cakes for the week have gone. One was an engagement cake , complete with dragons on it. The other a Birthday , incorporating a motorbike, bible and Music theme.

Very happy clients so I can relax for a few days. Before I start baking next weeks three tierer .

It is now almost three in the afternoon on Saturday for me , and as for weekend plans , I am tackling the dreaded cake room. All my mags have been put into holder in order. I have sorted through the tin cupboard and tidied it up. Put all the cutters back into their places. I still have the ribbon boxed to get through.

Cake craving that sounds like fun , I love doing pretty cakes.

Ohh this does look like fun!
I am working on a cake for my daughter for Mothers day. It will be my third cake ever LOL, so haven't even made it to "novice" state yet icon_smile.gif
So far I have been making a gazillion gumpaste leaves and started on roses. So far so good, I am enjoying every minute. Now I just have to decide what sort of cake to make.

I have never done a purse cake , suitcase wedding cake yes but not a purse cake. It is on my to do list I just have to get someone to order one I guess.

I have just about finished tidying the cake room what a job.
I should get on to making the bows and roses for the next cake but I think I am going to take the night off and just watch some telly.

I will tackle the ribbon boxes tomorrow.
