I just bought a set of square Magic Line pans. Unlike wilton, I can't find anything online that tells how much batter to pour in.
I tried the 10 inch pan using wilton suggestions and it was way too much batter. How can I figure out how much is needed? Is there somewhere I can find this info? There were no instructions with the pans.
Thanks in advance!
I use the magic line 3" pans and I usually fill them 1/2 full but I guess I have never paid attention to how many cups of batter that is. I would say to pour the batter from a measured bowl filling half way and that'll tell you how much batter to put in. I'm sorry I'm not much more help. I will say I LOVE my magic line pans vs wilton, hopefully you like them as well.
Fill the pan with water to the point that you would fill with batter. Then measure the water and that's how much batter you need for that pan.

That is smart, and kind of a "duh" moment for me...
I don't usually measure the batter, I just fill the pan about 2/3 full and bake. I love Magic Line pans and won't use anything else.
