I wanted to make a set of cake pops to send to my mom for Mother's Day. But she lives in New York and I live in Indiana so I would have to mail them to her. I wanted to make a set of pops using her favorite coffee creamer instead of buttercream. But would these need to be refrigerated? I can ship them overnight or 2 day delivery to her, but I wasn't sure about the coffee creamer part.
