I'm a novice decorator and was wondering how to achieve the silver scroll?

I would scroll with white chocolate then paint with silver when set. HTH.

After looking closer, I think you just scroll with silver mixed with vodka using a small brush.

I usually use lemon flavoring when painting - just mix with silver luster dust and it works like a charm Use more dust for thicker "paint" or more flavoring for thinner coverage.

melted cocoa butter mixed with silver would work to.

Yup it looks painted on - but wait a minute folks, you all know that painting on hardened chocolate would bead up. SO I'm changing my answer to a stencil dusted over with silver powder - alone, no vodka or carrier.

I don't think it is a stencil, each scroll is different from the others.
