I'm a novice decorator and was wondering how to achieve the silver scroll?
Thanks so much,
Kay
After looking closer, I think you just scroll with silver mixed with vodka using a small brush.
I usually use lemon flavoring when painting - just mix with silver luster dust and it works like a charm Use more dust for thicker "paint" or more flavoring for thinner coverage.
Yup it looks painted on - but wait a minute folks, you all know that painting on hardened chocolate would bead up. SO I'm changing my answer to a stencil dusted over with silver powder - alone, no vodka or carrier.

I had no idea this would happen. I am so glad you said something or I would have ruined the strawberries.
Now, how in the world do you stencil dust?
