Has anyone used cake glitter? I saw pictures of it and its beautiful, looks like real glitter, does anyone know where you can buy it in Canada?

Edible cake glitter is colored, dried gum arabic.
It comes in small flakes, can be ground thru a tea strainer to make it finer, and it's water soluble. I've had luck getting it to stick by spraying something with vodka or Everclear, uncrusted fresh buttercream, or a light coat of piping gel.

Wilton makes edible cake glitter (Cake Sparkles) and it can be found at most cake deco stores and online.

Disco dust is NOT edible. It's fine grain plastic glitter and should be used only on things that won't be eaten or be removed before consumption.
