I went to michaels and they have some stuff there. its $20 but if you sign up for their online email list you can get a coupon for 40% off. there are places online that are cheaper for more mix but as a last minute resort michaels will work. i have not used it yet. will make my mold later tonight and will share how it worked out.

Hobby Lobby has Amazing Mold Putty for about $20.00, but they have a 40% off coupon every week (on their website).

I just learned to use the AMAZING Mold Putty. I love the fact, it has a Part A and a Part B (both in a clay-like material). Knead both parts together and press the item to be molded into the putty, leave for 20 minutes, pull the item out and you are done. It is food safe. If it is a little piece you do not have to mix the entire amounts. Save it for later. Just wash the mold before using it.

I absolutely love the Amazing Mold Putty that I get at either Michaels or Hobby Lobby. I have made a couple shoe boxes full of molds. I use jewelry, magnets, erasers, buttons, scrapbook supplies, Christmas ornaments for miniature trees. You are limited only by your imagination. I make my own lace molds and rope and border trim molds with it too I made molds of the small Christmas people figures for a cake a couple years ago.
Every time I get hold of a 50% coupon I buy another box of mold putty. icon_lol.gif

Has anyone had a problem finding the Amazing Mold Putty at Michael's lately?? I used to get it there all the time, but I haven't been able to find it at all in the last 4 months or so.

I get mine at Michaels most of the time and I have gotten a box a couple times this last month. I did get the last box the last time and haven't checked if they've gotten anymore.
