**need Help** How To Make This Manikin Cake

Hello everyone, is there anyone out there that knows how to make the manikin cake. You know the 1/2 body manikin thats usually dressed with a bustier. Im going to try and attach a picture. Thanks in advance

I agree. Use Rkt. That's what I used in my cake posted on CC.
