I've never made a tres leches cake and was wondering if you can make it and freeze it ahead of time like other cakes. Will it affect the taste and or texture?

Thanks for any information in advance,

I used to work for a well known bakery and they froze their tres leches cakes all the time. Never had any problems.

Yes you can. I freeze or partially freeze my tres leches cakes to make it easier to fill and stack.
