Can you make buttercream with unsalted Blue Bonnet without compromising the taste? The price of the fancy unsalted butter is BANANAS icon_mad.gif

Blue Bonnett is margarine and not real butter. It has zero trans fat. Maybe you could add a little butter flavoring to it if you are looking for the butter taste.

Blue Bonnet is made with oil and water. I wouldn't use it to make frosting.
