To google search for non-pareils, you might need to know how to spell it. How many lbs. do you need? P&H has 8 lbs., but you aren't going to find them in 4mm size...

To get 4mm, you'd have to get sugar pearls:

They're available in 1 lb., 2 lb., and 11 lb. jars. I don't see that purple is available in 4mm size, so you might want to color the white ones yourself.
4mm is the size. There are various sizes of sugar pearls and dragees. The links you posted were great. There should be a variety of sizes on there.
