Hi All!!

I will like to know what is the best choice in Food Coloring??? I only had used Wilton's and I just cant get strong colors and get stuck with a unpleasant flavor. Can someone help me, please.

Thank you very much for your attention and prompt answers!!!

Americolor is great all around. For pinks & purples, which fade badly, I use ChefMaster no-fade purple and no-fade pink.

For a fabulous red icing, I find that you can't beat Crystal Colors powdered color (sugarpaste.com). I add some pink & orange Americolor to start and then the powdered poinsettia from Crystal Colors until I get the red I need.

All of the Crystal Colors are real food colors and are Kosher. They don't add any taste & they don't fade.
