I have am doing a cake next week for a person that just wants the Jordan silhouette. I've seen a lot of Jordan cakes on here that look great. Any recommendations on using fondant/FBCT, which would be better? Or where I could obtain a nice picture to trace? thanks

What you can do is do a search on the jordan logo and then print the logo out and use that as yr guide. Either or of the fondant or BCT will work fine.
