Im looking for a recipe that Can be a base mousse recipe that will hold different flavors easily..something that is light and fluffy but stable enough to be piped on cupcakes..

At some classes I recently attended, a lot of people were talking about Bettercreme. I can buy it at a GFS but not at Walmart. I've also seen it at a cake decorating store too. I added cocoa to it, but used it was a filling. Others talked about icing cakes with it. I think you can fold in different fillings to it. Maybe this will help.
