So I will be joining a few other ladies who do an annual Valentine's Day sale...this is my first one so I'm really excited! I will be selling all kinds of goodies including cake pops, and wanted to do some oreo and cookie dough pops as well. The oreo recipe has 8 oz. of cream cheese, and the cookie dough has no eggs but the recipe calls for yogurt. If I make them a day or 2 before, how long can I keep them out during the sale? The sale is from 9:30am - 4:30pm and the temperature here is in the low 70's. Am I asking for trouble and should I just stick to regular cake pops?
