Hello Everyone
I have been looking thru the cake pictures on this site. Everyone is so very talented, I am very impressed.

We have pictures on our website, and would like to watermark the pictures. I have noticed many cake artists on here use watermarks. I am curious as to what is the best one, ones that I can use our own graphics and text, where to download this software, and what are the likes and dislikes that those of you who do use watermarks, have experienced. You know, just give a simple paragraph about what you have experienced.

Thank you in advance

Any photo editing program can be used to add a watermark, even the paint program that comes with windows. If you want a lot of control over how the watermark appears, transparency, etc. then you need a better graphics program than the basic paint program. Paint.net is a good free one, and Paint Shop Pro is a good, inexpensive program, and photoshop is the best program available...but photoshop would be a waste of money for you if you don't plan to do more with it than just adding watermarks.

I never thought about a graphics app. I have and use PSP and PhotoShop.

I was hoping there is an app that will perform on all files in a directory. I guess that I can write an app to do that. We have many pictures.

We appreciate your advice and help.

Hope that you have a nice day.

I guess that I should have searched for this before posting on here. I found a great product simply by using the big search engine and running a query for [Watermarks for graphics]. There are a few nice apps, but I found one that will perform the action on an entire directory, not only a single file.

Thank you always for your help and advice

I have clicked on your site before, and I still don't see any pics. Is your website under construction?

We are coding the site in .NET from Classic ASP.

Just been a bit busy lately, so we have not been able to finish.

Hope to have it up and running soon. We wanted to have things like all the graphics completed first, including a watermark.

Thanks
