There. Their. They're not the same.

I hope I die before "your" becomes the official contraction of "you are."

Most likely a mold. Not sure how you would do it without one.

If you want to make those out of fondant, roll your fondant out, texture it with a textured rolling pin or mat, cut leaf patterns and take a small round tip (3 or 4) and cut the holes in it if you want. You can take a knife and lightly fray the edges for a more "rough" look. Dry on crinkled tin foil so they don't dry flat -- they'll have some movement. After they are dry you can attach them with melted white chocolate right to the outside of the cake. You can also make them on wires if you prefer, but it's not necessary.

OK back again, They are on Chefrubber.com

When you go to the home page click on Molds and Rings
Then go to Food grade silicone molds
Then scroll down to Heirloom molds
Half way down page one is medium fancy leaf

Wildrose- thanks for finding this.icon_smile.gif

I was going to order it ... Its just perfect for what I needed it for! But with shipping, it comes close to $100. icon_sad.gif (I'm in canada) ... Guess I'll just have to check my local supplier to see if they have a similar one.

Think your pic is using Earlene's moulds - there is a very similar peacock cake in her "Others Cakes

Lets see if this link stays...

http://www.earlenescakes.com/OthersCakes.html

and it is using the 'Betty' enhanced mould

Oh I'm so sorry, I wish you could purchase them. I just wanted to share the info because I knew the
mold shape. I hope you can find it somewhere else.

Jennifer I kept looking and Petalcrafts has the same design, if you were to buy only one and then plus shipping would that be too much? I think it is cheaper than the last place I mentioned. They only have the one leaf it's under embellished molds. Hope this helps.
