I am planning to make a White Chocolate Cake using a recipe from this site. It is basically the WASC recipe and adding a box of white chocolate sugar free pudding to the mix. I have looked at other recipes that actually add melted white chocolate to the batter but the mix was all scratch....no box mix and no pudding. My question is, can I add melted white chocolate to the WASC cake and it not alter or mess it up too much? Will it make it so sweet that I need to lower the amount of sugar that I put in or maybe add more salt?

Thanks in advance for all your suggestions,
Treena

I add white chocolate shavings to this recipe and it's one of my favorites (with raspberry filling). HTH
