Sorry, I haven't been here in years. I'm having a hard time finding what I'm looking for.

I am looking for a great frosting for soft cutout sugar cookies. I haven't tried to decorate sugar cookies before. I never had luck with cut outs, but now I have a great recipe and I'd like to frost them and maybe decorate them. So what recipes are good to just frost with and what recipes are good to decorate with?
