I am looking for a good buttercream recipe! I have used the Wilton recipe, however, I find it way too sweet! Does anyone have any simple buttercream recipes that aren't as sweet as the Wilton method?

also, the swiss meringue buttercreams and italian meringue buttercreams are great tasting and not as sweet as american buttercreams. Those recipes are on this site also.
