Hello,
I just made some fondant Lego decorations to go on my nephews cupcakes and forgot to use gum paste in the fondant mixture. His party is not till November 13 do you think they will harden in time or should I re-do them with a gum paste fondant mixture.
Also what is the best way to store them? It has been a long time since I have used fondant.
Thank you for any suggestions.
I think they would be fine. They should harden up by then, especially if left out in the air. I would just put them in a container and leave the cover off. Once they are dry and hardened, you can put the cover back on and they should be fine. I would not store them in the refrigerator or near a source of heat.

They will definitely be fine. especially since it is more of a block type. it should definitely hold its shape.
