I have a cake order for red velvet cake for a party of 25. The recipe I'm using yields 3- 8" cakes. I was going to bake 2- 10" cakes using this recipe. I've searched the internet and everyone suggests a 2 layer 10" cake will feed anywhere from 18-38 people? There will also be one layer of raspberry mousse in the middle. Does anyone have any idea how many servings this will be? Thanks! icon_smile.gif

This is the chart I use for everything.

A 8in two layer round cake, serves 24 1x2x4 in slices.

A 10in two layer round cake, serves 38 1x2x4 in slices.
