I am dying to make a tulip... can I make them without a tulip cutter ???

I've made a tulip looking at a tutorial on Youtube. Did not use a tulip petal cutter. I used an oval or large round shape cutter I bought from a craft store. HTH.

I make most of my flowers without cutters. I just draw out patterns on tracing paper and it works perfectly.
