No, I don't work for either of these companies I am talking about today icon_biggrin.gif

I figured since I gave praise to BRP, I should give praise to Webstaurant Store also. I had ordered some items from them, which came very quickly, and they worked out perfectly for what I needed. (I used their sundae containers for individual cupcake containers). Anyway, they have this incentive where, if you provide feedback, photos, etc., on items you purchased from them, they give you store credit. So, I went online yesterday to leave feedback. One of my reviews involved powder free gloves that actually did have powder in them. This morning I got an email from the company advising that they are in the process of removing those items from their inventory, as they had been informed that this was a problem, and asking me if I would like store credit or another box of gloves sent, free of charge, to replace the ones that were to be powder free! And, they've already shipped them!

So, go check them out...I am very pleased so far!

I just love it when a store has excellent customer service...something that is dying out in today's stores!

Their sister company is The Restaurant Store, which I used to frequent. Their prices are fabulous, and so is their customer service.

It's a family business, very proper and faithful people.

You will enjoy dealing with them.

Madicakes, would you mind sharing what size sundae cups you use and lids. Thanks.

If you don't mind me asking, which sundae containers did you find that worked out well?

Edit: whoops, the person above me asked. Sorry!
