Is there a lemon curd or a mousse that can be left out and not in the frig??

If so, can you point me in the right direction??

Hi,
I use Pastry Pride to make mousse fillings. It's non dairy and the cake can be left out with no problem.

I get it from Smart & Final.

This same product is also sold under the name of Rich's Bettercreme. This is what I use to make shelf stable mousses since my state home processing license does not allow me to make any baked goods requiring refrigeration. I have a local chef's supply store that will order it for me for pick up. I have created a lime curd using this product by creating a thick lime syrup and adding it to the whipped Bettercreme. HTH
