Hi there - can you please please tell me what sort of chocolate cake is firm enough to be covered in fondant.... I have a request from a friend and don't have a recipe for a firm choc cake....

hi sillykiwi i have used this recipe for ages and its always done me well for birthday cakes i use 6oz of self raising flour, 6oz of butter, 6oz of sugar 3 eggs 1 tbsp of milk and 2oz of coco powder hope this helps. icon_smile.gif
